This website and booking service operate under The Lash Muse brand. The Lash Muse provides lash services around Antwerp Central Station; the exact standard appointment address is shared privately only after a booking is confirmed.

Privacy questions can currently be sent through WhatsApp.

2. Information we may collect

The website includes an embedded booking interface provided by Planify. Booking information submitted through that interface may be processed by Planify as necessary to provide booking functionality.

This website's own front-end does not collect or store full payment-card details.

Booking a service does not automatically permit The Lash Muse to publish a client’s image. Before-and-after photographs or videos intended for social media require separate permission.

Refusing social-media permission does not prevent anyone from receiving the booked service.

8. Cookies and local storage

The site currently uses essential local storage to remember the selected language. Because no consent-requiring analytics or advertising technology is currently described, no cookie banner is shown.

Before any non-essential analytics or advertising is introduced, an appropriate consent interface must be added, this policy must be updated, and those technologies must remain disabled until a valid choice is made.
